Job Description

Jordan Home Care is seeking experienced, dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and Home Health Aide (HHA's) to join our healthcare team. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities include: 

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
• Record Catheter input and output, under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Provide campanionship through watching T.V programs or talking with client.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Caring and empathy personality with a desire to learn more about the people that you work with
