Drywall Estimator/Project Manager $100,000.00 -$140,000.00 Salary

S.M. Harrington Contracting LLC based in Salem, NH, with work in Southern NH and Massachusetts, is currently seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team for a long-term career. Confidentiality will be given to those who apply.

The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for estimating commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling projects, as well as managing pricing, submittals, material procurement, and scheduling and managing of awarded projects.

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall, and acoustical systems.
• 5+ years of drywall project management and estimating experience.
• Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer takeoff and estimating software On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid.
• Professional face to face customer interaction and sales involvement from initial contact through business closing.
• Must be able to excel under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
• Supervise, train, and mentor assistant estimators and project managers.
• Strong record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and perform buyouts.
• Track project data for historical productions and costs.
• Attend all meetings as necessary.
