SUMMARY : This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards of products produced.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Production paperwork verification.
- Production floor checks.
- Performing GMP and housekeeping audits.
- Responsible for Team Member food safety training.
- Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others.
- This position is responsible for food safety food quality and legality.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience : 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment preferably in an RTE environment. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOP s.
- Computer Skills : Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc. SAP knowledge preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills verbal and written; bilingual a plus.
- Supervisory : This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks.
- Must reside in the United States to be considered.
