Sales Associate

Location: Saint Louis, MO

Position Type: Full Time 

Are you an excellent communicator, with a desire to excel in customer service? Our team is currently hiring a full time Tier I Sales Associate in Dallas, TX. Customer Service is paramount to our success so candidates should have a genuine interest in helping others, be well organized and have excellent computer proficiency.

Sales Associate Primary Objectives:

• Achieves or exceeds goals associated with company initiatives and programs.
• Assists in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assists in maintaining an efficient and organized salesfloor and stockroom
• Effectively completes sales transactions
• Maintain a detailed log of each customer interaction
• Route customer concerns to the correct department or personnel to ensure that each customer receives the most accurate solutions and responses
• Maintain a working knowledge of current product offerings
• Register account updates and process sensitive data in accordance with SOP

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Clear and effective verbal communication skills (bilingual applicants welcome)
• Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
• Computer proficiency is required
• Ability to multitask, pinpoint customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Attention to detail and excellent note-taking skills

Sales Associate Preferred Skills:

• Prior CRM experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Previous sales experience
