About the Role
We're looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead critical projects within the Life Sciences industry, specifically in the family planning and fertility space. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a project to refresh a key website in this domain. Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver projects with a focus on customer experience and sales enablement.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Utilize your expertise in project management to promote innovative approaches, best practices, and effective solutions.
Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategy to ensure consistent value for customers and the business.
Work hands-on to analyze challenges and implement industry-leading technologies and processes.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT (e.g., Business Analyst, Developer, Project Manager).
Project Management: At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects, with a strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Technical Expertise: Experience with front-end (web, UX, analytics) and back-end projects.
Leadership: Confident managing stakeholders, with the ability to drive progress and resolve challenges effectively.
Agile: Prior experience working in Agile environments; Agile PM certification is a plus.
Proactive Mindset: A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
