POSITION SUMMARY:

Turno is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to lead our affiliate and referral marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker passionate about building relationships and driving growth through innovative campaigns. You will be responsible for recruiting, activating, and engaging affiliates and influencers and designing referral programs that encourage current users to spread the word about Turno. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data will be key in optimizing our campaigns and expanding our reach in the short-term rental industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee recruitment, activation, and ongoing engagement of Turno's affiliate network through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and personal communications. 
• Design and implement referral marketing campaigns that engage current users and encourage them to refer new clients to Turno. 
• Identify and establish relationships with high-potential affiliates, influencers, and content creators in the short-term rental industry. 
• Collaborate on content creation, including online and offline materials, to support growth marketing initiatives. 
• Monitor and report on program KPIs; proactively suggest ways to optimize our campaigns in search of new customers. 
• Manage day-to-day performance, functionality, and data accuracy of an integrated affiliate software platform. 
• Coordinate promotional events and activities, online and offline. 
• Ensure compliance and alignment with brand and program guidelines. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, referral marketing, social media marketing, or related fields. 
• Hands-on experience with affiliate and referral network software (Impact, PartnerStack, ReferralCandy, Ambassador, or similar). 
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
• Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices. 
• Ability to think creatively and design campaigns that incentivize participation while aligning with program goals and guidelines. 
• Experience with SaaS platforms and marketplace models; understanding of the travel, hospitality, or short-term rental industries preferred. 
• Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Availability for minimal, less than 10% of role, will require company-sponsored travel. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
