Join our team as a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, where you'll provide compassionate, professional support to the medical community. In this fully remote, full-time role (40 hours per week), you'll deliver personalized and empathetic responses to health-related inquiries from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities via phone.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process health-related questions from medical professionals.
Provide accurate and empathetic responses, ensuring each interaction reflects a high standard of care and professionalism.
Follow established policies, procedures, and general instructions while resolving inquiries.
Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Utilize word processing tools and other computer applications to document and manage interactions.
Work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of education, experience, and strong communication skills. Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Associate's degree and/or health-related certifications with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Skills & Experience
Comprehensive understanding of various diseases and illnesses.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals, including physicians and nurses.
Strong English communication skills, including proper grammar and syntax.
Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision.
