Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fully remote, full-time (40 hours per week) position, you will provide outstanding support to medical professionals by answering health-related inquiries with empathy and expertise. Your role will involve responding to questions from doctors, nurses, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities via phone, helping to resolve concerns and ensure they have the information needed to provide quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer health-related questions from medical professionals and healthcare facilities with a compassionate and knowledgeable approach.
Process inquiries via phone, offering clear and accurate responses to medical queries.
Follow established policies and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Communicate effectively, maintaining professionalism in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience, OR
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3-4 years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
Associate's degree and/or certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
You should have a strong understanding of various diseases and illnesses, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and others in the healthcare field. In addition, you should be comfortable following instructions and adhering to established practices, while maintaining independent work habits. Strong verbal communication skills, including proper English grammar and syntax, are essential. Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications is required.
