At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market were in. We're growing our team here in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Compensation: $20 / Hour
We have two positions available
Shift 1 - Sunday through Wednesday 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Full time, 32 hours)
Shift 2 - Monday through Friday 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Full time, 40 hours)

About the job:
The GSOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring global security systems and communications to ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and operations. This role involves real-time analysis and response to potential security threats and incidents, as well as providing support and coordination during emergencies.

• Continuously monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance feeds
• Analyze data from various sources to identify potential security threats.
• Conduct real-time threat assessment and escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with security personnel and management.
• Disseminate critical information to relevant parties during incidents.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Ensure all security systems are operational and report any malfunctions.
• Assist in the maintenance and testing of security systems and protocols.
• Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in security operations.
• Assist in training new GSOC staff members.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a security operations center or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficient in security systems and software.
• Availability to work in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with global security operations and crisis management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Youre able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience even better!
• You have a state license if required.
