About the Role Toffler Associates is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Independent Consultant/1099) to join our growing team working with one of our clients. This role does not require a Security Clearance. This is a hybrid role based on need and office locations are in Springfield, VA and Alexandria, VA. Professional Experience, Qualifications, and Education The Contractor personnel shall possess the following: BA or BS degree is required. BA or BS discipline in business, information technology, organizational assessment or related discipline is preferred - other degrees can be considered if experience demonstrates capability. Ten (10) years of experience in leading the conduct of requirements defining activities and formal documentation. Ability to communicate at executive level effectively, both orally and in writing. Experience supporting top executives administratively in the federal government. Self-starter highly skilled with ability to play pivotal role in administrative support structure and clerical support for top executives. Excellent organizational, office management and time-management skills. Ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative solutions to meet program needs. Ability to work effectively across divisions cross-functionally with high volume tasks, as well as independently with strong problem-solving ability. Ability to establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. Ability to effectively manage several projects at one time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Proof of competence in critical areas. Preferred but not Essential: MBA or MS degree is desired in business, IT, organizational assessment or related area, however BA or BS degree is required. Experience with strategic communications.
