Job Title: Social Media Content Creator - Instagram & TikTok (NYC/Hoboken)

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to bring fresh, engaging content to life across Instagram and TikTok. Check out our Instagram to see some of the videos and content we’ve created so far. We’re seeking someone with a passion for storytelling who can think outside the box and capture our brand's unique voice within the physical therapy community. This role is ideal for a creative social media enthusiast with an eye for trends and a knack for turning ideas into compelling short-form content. You’ll be instrumental in showcasing Prompt’s impact, with opportunities to grow into broader healthcare markets as our audience expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute inventive social media strategies that align with Prompt’s goals, manage daily posts and engagement, and stay current with trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Creative Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality short-form videos that resonate with our target audience, capture real-time moments, and encourage team and customer participation in front of the camera.
Events: Attend key industry events to capture authentic behind-the-scenes content, work with event teams to create content plans, and support on-site logistics for seamless execution.
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze engagement data, and prepare reports to assess content performance and refine strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure content aligns with promotions, and engage with customers to capture genuine brand testimonials and stories.
Photoshoots & Video Shoots: Assist with planning and preparing for photoshoots and video shoots, including commercials, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and coordinating on-set social media coverage.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a social media coordinator, content creator, or similar role with a portfolio that reflects creativity and a passion for short-form content.
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with a talent for spotting trends and creatively adapting them for our brand.
Comfortable being on camera and skilled at encouraging others, including customers, to engage in the creative process.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and content editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva).
Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for capturing and conveying Prompt’s brand voice.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to accommodate after-hours or weekend events as needed.
Location: Remote role, with a preference for candidates in the Hoboken/NYC area to enable occasional on-site event coverage.
